My washer is not working. It seems to pause a little while into the cycle and does not drain the water out. I tried replacing the pump and it still doesn't work. It also stops at 13 minutes remaining during the rinse and spin cycle.

Our new GE model PDT785SYN3FS dishwasher started beeping this morning and all of the cycles are flashing with 'Ld' showing where the time of the cycle normally displays. We tried unplugging the dishwasher to reset but that didn't work. What could be causing this issue and what steps can we take to resolve it?

A lot of water remains in the washed clothes after the spin cycle, causing them to take a very long time to dry in the dryer. The dryer is an LG model and this issue has been ongoing for about 6 months. What could be the cause and what can be done to resolve it?
