My washer is showing an error EI after about 5 minutes into the cycle. It was slowly sensing and water was trickling into the tub, and now it’s making a mechanical chugging noise that I can’t shut off. The door is locked and won’t open. What should I do?

I have a Norcold 1200 refrigerator that cools fine in AC mode, but in LP mode, the freezer cools fine but the refrigerator section does not cool. The burner light stays lit with a nice blue flame, and there are no errors or flashing lights. The flame appears solid, and the vent stack looks clear. I have already replaced the thermistor. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to resolve it?
