My washing machine is not spinning and is making a loud 'grinding' noise. It is a top loader, and the machine doesn't agitate or spin. I have drained the water, but the machine is completely unresponsive. The only numbers I found are (NNN) NNN-NNNN on the metal backing, SM9711033A on the inside of the lid, and 24962 handwritten on the back. The machine is likely 12-17 years old. What could be the issue, and how can I fix it?

My refrigerator has a spot on the back wall that freezes and then melts down the wall into the bottom. What is the problem? It is a 12-year-old Sub-Zero. Is it worth repairing, and if so, how much might the repair amount to? What might I then expect as the life of this appliance?

I have an Ariston AW149 front-loading washing machine that smells mildewy and is affecting the quality of washing, especially towels. I have tried running the washer with only water and leaving the door open when not in use. What can I do to resolve this problem?

I have a Kenmore under counter ice maker model #89489997. The water flows over the freezing plate constantly and produces very little ice. I replaced the pump and cleaned the unit with ice maker cleaner. All switches function. What could be the issue?

We have a microwave that is showing 'F6' and continues beeping regardless of which button we push. When the door is shut, there is a hum. Please advise.
