We have a vertical laundry center, Maytag brand Model MHS2000AWW. The washer shuts down immediately after each wash cycle, and then you have to turn it on again for the next wash cycle and/or drying cycle. What could be the problem?

I have a GE Profile Arctica refrigerator/freezer with the following issues: (1) Freezer temperature fluctuates from 2 to 24 degrees, (2) Temperature settings have no effect, (3) Small water leak where the hose meets the back of the refrigerator, (4) Ice buildup on the left corner of the freezer and into the cover on the back, (5) The small fan on the motor is always running, (6) The compressor appears warm, (7) A fan noise when the freezer door is left open, and (8) The refrigerator seems to be working correctly. What components typically fail with these problems, how can I identify them, and how do I remove the cover on the inside back wall of the freezer and the large galvanized metal sheet on the refrigerator's back?
