My water is not draining out. The tub is full of water. I have been dealing with this issue for 1 week. I checked my hose and it is not bent. The tub is fine but I hear the water swishing around under the tub when I took out the clothes. The brand and model of my tub is Maytag Neptune. I have tried checking the drainage hose and turning on the spin cycle, but nothing came out. How do I get the water out of my washer?

My Neptune top-load washer, model fav6800aww, started giving an unbalanced load code during the final spin. It can spin but cannot reach extract speed.
