I need a specific part for my Norcold refrigerator door, specifically the TOP SLAT (black) on the bottom door that holds the door together at the right hand door hinge. The model is N821R. I live in Southern Oregon, Brookings, and have been dealing with this issue for 2 months. I plan to do the repair myself and have already taken the door apart twice. Where can I find this part and possibly get a phone number to talk to someone directly?

My GE Profile (PSS26NGPB WW) side-by-side fridge freezer is not cooling below 12 degrees instead of 0 where I have it set. I have noticed frost on the underside of the ice bin and there doesn't seem to be much air coming through one side of the vent slots in the back of the freezer. Could the problem be the evaporator fan motor or the electronic control board?
