My Whirlpool electric 24-inch double oven self-cleaned and fried the oven, rendering it inoperative. The oven is on its own breaker, which never tripped. I've contacted Whirlpool, but their response was to find a repairman and fix it myself. I'm planning to sue in small claims court but need to get the oven fixed first. How can I identify the necessary parts and get the oven repaired?

I have a Kenmore Acceler-Ice and the ice maker won't make ice. I can still get water out of it, just not ice. Any suggestions?

I have a Frigidaire microwave model PLMVZ169HCA. I hooked up two wires on the control board backwards, which blew the board. I replaced the board and the main fuse, but now when I plug the unit in, there is nothing on the display. What else might I have damaged in the unit?

My Whirlpool front load washer model WFW8300SW02 is not draining. I have removed and cleaned the pump filter assembly, and I have also run an electrical fish wire through the drain hose to remove any obstructions. What should I do next?

Our dryer won't turn on when we press the start button. The light in the dryer works, so I know it is getting power. The dryer door appears to be closing properly. The dryer is a Super Capacity Inglis. What could be the issue and what should I check?
