My Maytag mhw2000aww washing machine timer continues ticking when in the off position. I have already installed a new timer and replaced the wax motor, but the new timer does the same thing, and the only way to stop the ticking is to unplug the washer. What could be causing this issue and what should I replace or check?

I am a handyman working for a real estate agency. One of my clients has a Westinghouse upright stove model 143. The oven door is not closing properly, staying open at the top and needing adjustment at the bottom to allow the top to close. How do I adjust the door to fix this issue?

My washer won't spin after washing a rubber-backed bath rug. The spin light comes on, but the washer does nothing and makes a sound like it's struggling. I can spin it by hand, but I fear it might burn out. The washer is a Bravos MCT, about four or five years old, and doesn't have an agitator. What could be the issue and what should I do?
