My Whirlpool oven (model wos72ec0hs) does not keep the correct time and will not connect to WiFi. This issue started when we first purchased it in May 2019 and was fixed under warranty, but it recurred within a year. What could be causing this problem and what can I do to fix it?

My top-loading Kenmore 600 series washer, about four years old, is experiencing issues where the wash time keeps changing during the fill cycle and it doesn't progress beyond that. This started after multiple power interruptions during a storm. I've tried unplugging the washer for 30 seconds and restarting it, but it still doesn't engage the spin cycle and makes a growling sound. How can I reset the washer to factory settings, and could the power interruptions have damaged the control board?
