I just got my LG French Door Refrigerator, InstaView Door in Door, delivered and found damage in the lower back. The aluminum protector plate was pressed inward, and some coils were smashed together. The refrigerator seems to be working well, but I'm concerned about potential future problems due to the damage to the coils. I reported the damage within a week as advised by the manual. Will this damage void the warranty, and should I request a replacement?

I have a Whirlpool refrigerator, model WRT549SZDM00, about 4 years old. The non-freezer section of the two-door refrigerator is not cooling as it should, and this issue has been ongoing for about a month. I just moved into an apartment with a Whirlpool front-loading washer model IJFW5090GW. How do I access the second column on the right of the knob for settings like Max, High, Med, etc., and do I have to use the detergent tray for pods, or can I throw them in with the clothes as I am used to?
