A new gearbox has been installed, and the electronic motor runs without load, but it does not turn when connected to the motor. The motor is balanced and has about 12.5 resistivity. The belt is intact, and the machine is 14 months old. The issue has persisted for 3 months, despite dismantling, cleaning, and replacing the gearbox. When manually turning the electronic inverter motor, I feel slight roughness, possibly from the bearings, but it runs freely without load.
