On a GE Profile refrigerator, model number PFCF1RKZA, the compressor and fans run for about 10 minutes then shut down. The refrigerator does not run long enough to get cold. I have installed a new board and inverter, but the issue persists. If I unplug it for about a minute and then plug it back in, it will do the same thing—run for about 10 minutes then shut down. The lights are still on, and it blows cold air when running, but shuts off too soon. What could be the issue?

We’ve had our washer/dryer for less than a week and have used it once. After returning from vacation and turning the water back on, we encountered an E11 error code during our first load. We checked all hoses and water, restarted the machine, and ran a rinse and spin cycle successfully. However, the E11 error code reappeared when attempting to run a load of towels. What could be causing this error and what should we do?
