I have a Maytag MHW6630HWO washer. When it starts the spin cycle, the drum knocks hard about 8 times before it goes into the spin, as if it's hitting the wall. A technician didn't find anything wrong, but there's a slight bend in the left corner from a previous delivery issue. Should I replace the washer, and has this issue occurred before?

Both dampers on my GE fridge (model PFE28RSHCSS) aren't working. The fridge has been like this for 6 days, and it's been 5 years since we bought it.
