One of the burners on my Max oven stays on at max heat and there is no off function for it. I have been experiencing this issue for two or three weeks and have not tried any fixes yet. What parts do I need to solve this issue?

My Whirlpool model WRX988SIBM00 fridge has an open door alarm that randomly beeps even though all doors and drawers are closed. I've tried unplugging the fridge, checking each door and drawer switch, and even leaving it unplugged for 5 minutes to reboot the controls. The alarm stops temporarily but comes back on. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

I have a KitchenAid 8114P732-60 oven. The keypad isn't working, so I can't set the timer or oven temperature. The oven is electric and was manufactured on 10-04-01. This issue has been ongoing for about 2 weeks, and I have tried turning the power off and back on, and I have also removed the front panel to inspect it. What should I do next?
