One of the control knobs on my Napoleon BBQ is dialing past where it should stop. The igniters are also yellow and seem to 'wander.' The glass lid on my Maytag washer will not open due to a washcloth stuck where the latch is. The lid opens a quarter of an inch, and I tried putting my finger to release it but to no avail. I unplugged the electrical cord and am waiting to replug. What can I do to resolve this issue?
