My LG washing machine (model WM2277HW) won't let water in, even after cleaning the screens. Does this happen on both hot and cold water? Do you hear a buzzing when it tries to fill at the beginning of the cycle? Is the dryer stacked on top, and if so, can the valves be accessed from the top of the machine? Is the water definitely on, and if the valves are buzzing, are they malfunctioning and should they be replaced? Is the dispenser on the back of the machine, or do I have to take the dryer off the top?

There is water pressure and flow at the connection hose site, panel lights are active, the cycle runs, but water does not enter the washer. When my KitchenAid dishwasher door is shut, it continually beeps and will not start up no matter what I push, and no lights come on the panel. The only way to stop the beeping is to open the door. I've already tried the 3-second control lock and the 4-hour delay buttons. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
