Our front load Samsung VRT has a drain/filter at the bottom front of the machine that needs to be cleaned/drained periodically. When I pulled it out today, it looks like it’s gotten too hot. The filter is misshapen and even the threads are warped beyond the ability to replace it straight. My wife says she doesn’t wash anything very hot. What might be the cause and where can I find another filter/plug?

I went to replace my water filter in my fridge and the leak detected sign keeps coming up. I’ve checked to make sure the filter is in properly and it is. The fridge is level and 5 years old. What could be causing this issue and what should I do?

We have a Samsung refrigerator Model RB33FEJNCWW. Recently, it has begun leaking water (melted ice?) and there is a big build-up of ice in the floor of the lower freezer unit. Can you please advise?

I am replacing the display control panel on my Whirlpool RBD275PD82. The display was not readable, so I sent it for repair. I cannot get the ribbon connector to clip/snap in after trying about 50 times. I can easily connect everything else, but I'm stuck on this. How can I resolve this issue with the ribbon connector?
