Our GE washing machine, model CTW330ASK2WW, stopped working over the weekend and the door would not release. We had to remove the latch to get the wet clothes out. We went to Lowe’s to purchase a new GE washer that does not have the locking feature. What are our options with GE? Can the locking feature be disabled on a new washer, and can you assist us with repairing our existing machine?

Water runs through the icemaker without stopping. How can I fix it? The water filter was last replaced several months ago, and the icemaker was just replaced, but it had the same problem with the previous one. This issue has been going on for about a month, and it was shut off in between replacements. The model number is kbfs22ewms7.

Can’t get the bottom panel off a brand new WRS321SDHZ Whirlpool refrigerator. I have removed two screws and opened the filter door as shown in the manual, but it still doesn’t budge. What else can I try?
