Our LG Refrigerator (model LFXS30766S, purchased in June 2015) is not cooling, no error codes, and fans don't seem to work in regular mode but do in test mode. We've disassembled it, cleaned it, checked voltage on the control panel, and cleaned the coils. The condenser is cool to touch, the compressor is vibrating normally, and there's no unusual noise or ice buildup. What could be the issue and what should we do next?
