I have a Dacor double wall oven, model EORD230. When trying to clean the upper oven, the blinking lock symbol, self-cleaning symbol, and temperature of 850 show, but the cleaning cycle never starts, and an error code of US1 appears. The oven will heat but won't clean. The lower oven will clean. How can I fix this issue?

Hi, my microwave only runs for 4 seconds then shuts off. Everything else on it works but it won't run for more than 4 seconds. Here is the serial no. 6U72160313 and the model no. NN-S252BF. What could be causing this issue and how can I troubleshoot it?

I have a Samsung gas dryer that is about 10 years old (DV3C6BGW/XAA). Recently, it has been irregularly not heating/taking an unusually long time to dry clothes. Sometimes I'll open it and the clothes are wet, but it's only lukewarm inside while the temp. setting is on high. This happens in both automatic and time-dry modes. The really troubling feature of this malfunction is that while the dryer is running, the exhaust intermittently smells like gas. I've had a service tech out (3 times!) who replaced the gas valve and the main control board, but the issue persists. Any ideas?
