Our Maytag side-by-side freezer coils defrost every couple of days, causing a puddle of water to run out of the freezer. The doors are solidly closed, and I cleaned the back to ensure it's not overheating. The model is MZD2766GES, and the settings are 5 for the freezer and 9 for the fridge. What could be causing this issue, and what can I do to fix it?

My Maytag Centennial Washer (Model MVWC360A) is almost 5 years old and doesn't execute the rinse and drain cycle properly from any type of wash.
