Our oven door has two layers of glass within a metal frame. It was previously glued but has now come apart. What adhesive do we need to repair it, and is it suitable for sticking heatproof glass and metal together?

I have a Whirlpool oven model # WOS51E where the broiler is not coming on. The broiler element measures 15.7 ohms and the baking element measures 20.4 ohms. When set to bake, the baking element gets 240 volts, but the broiler does not get any voltage. The broiler only gets 38.2 volts when set to broil. I have tested both elements and checked the fuses, which are both good. What should be the next step?

I'm trying to test a dual water inlet valve on my refrigerator, but I'm not sure if my multimeter is working and I'm not sure what I'm looking for. The issue has been going on for a few days, and I have no water to the water tap or ice maker. I plan to do the work myself and have already removed the valve. I've also checked that the water filter is not plugged.
