I have a Maytag Bravos XL top load washer, model MVWB835DW1, which is 6 years old. The washer starts its cycle, the tub slowly spins and then halts, repeating this action several times without filling with water. Eventually, it sets off blinking power and lid close lights for 3 minutes before turning off. This issue started after I flushed the back drain/sinks with Drano, but the pipes are clear and reconnected as before. The tub spins freely both ways, the bottom spin plate spins freely, power is fine, balance is good, and the diagnostic shows no error code, reading back 000. What could be causing this issue and what should I check?
