Samsung fridge not cooling. Swapped controller board, and both relays. Compressor not starting. Hear clicking but not start. All fans run. Capacitor is ok. Compressor reading at 12 across bottom. Left to top is 10. Right to top is 4. Any ideas?

I have a GE HE Washer model whre5550k2ww that is 6-7 years old. I replaced the motor because the machine wouldn't fill or spin, but now it only works on a light load cycle. With medium and heavy loads, the tub stops spinning or doesn't spin at all. What could be the issue and what should I check?

My Frigidaire upright freezer (model number LFFH21F7HWC) needs to be reset after a power outage. Some food was thawing, and there is a 'F-hi-temp' symbol on the panel. The freezer is on but I don't hear a fan or compressor. How can I reset it?

My Whirlpool Duet washing machine (model WFW9400Z00, type 199-088 WT/BL, approximately 8 years old) runs through the normal wash cycle, but over time, water ends up standing in the tub.
