I have a Kitchenaid Superba 48, probably 10 years old, with no manual and no visible model number. The ice chute door assembly broke, and I replaced it with parts from a KSSS48Qxxxx model. Now, the ice won't dispense, and the light only shines when water is dispensed. The connectors are correctly connected, but the new parts don't have a defrost heater, which the original had. What could be the issue, and how can I resolve it?

Why does my GE dishwasher (model PDW7980N10SS) not completely drain, leaving about 1 inch of water in the bottom, even though it cleans everything well? We checked the filter in the bottom and recently replaced the garbage disposal.

I have several dehumidifiers (Whirlpool models #1 XXXXX and #2 AD50USS0, Maytag models #1 M7DH45B2A rev.A and #2 M7DH4582 rev.A) that are running but not effectively removing moisture from the air.
