Started hearing an alarm like the door was open, but the door is not open. Noticed the freezer is not cooling properly. Pulled out the fridge and cleaned the air vent and around the coil. This is a Kenmore Elite side by side with the freezer in the bottom. Turned the unit on and witnessed the fan turning. Did hear the condenser clicking. Plugged back in and after about 15 minutes, the alarm started again. Seems like the unit is working though. But still hear the clicking from the condenser. What is going on?

My dishwasher motor cuts off within 30 seconds when trying to empty water, and it started squealing high pitch two weeks ago. The motor shaft spins easily by hand when the tub is empty. Is the motor bad, and if so, do you have a recommendation for a replacement brand and its cost?
