I have a Sharp Easy Open microwave with Serial # 116551 and model # XXXXX, manufactured in September 2009. When I turned on the microwave for 45 seconds, a 9-volt Duracell battery in my pocket became very hot. Is the microwave within limits of radiation loss?

I have an Amana (Whirlpool) AFF2534FEW refrigerator. After installing a Control Kit (part number 12002754), I am unable to access the program or service modes. The compressor kicks in and the unit cools when the control is set to 4. Why can't I access these modes, and what should I do?

Hello: I have a Kenmore model #110.26652502 that will not agitate or spin yet the motor is running. This appears to be some sort of direct-drive as there are no belts visible. What do I need to do to find a solution? Thanks!

My GE microwave (2002) model # XXXXX 1650BB008 quit working altogether. No lights, no agitation, nothing. There is power at the receptacle. Is it done, or is there a possible inexpensive fix?
