I spoke to you Tuesday night about my burner continuously beeping, with the spark continuously trying to turn the burner. I provided my Visa number to start the process, which was supposed to be for $1. I was told a tech would call me ASAP, but I am still waiting two days later. Why have I not heard from you, and why did I have to pay $1?

Our freezer doesn't seem to be freezing evenly. We have some ice packs that are solid, but have had to throw out some ice cream stored next to each other. We have tried turning the temperature to the coldest setting and readjusting items in the space to keep some kind of air movement. We just moved into our home and the prior owner had a Marvel under counter refrigerator. The 'door ajar' notification on the top of the door lights up and the unit beeps unless I press the door very hard or slam it when I close it.
