The clean light on my appliance remains on and I can't program it to wash. The appliance is a FFId2426TS5A, only a few months old. I've tried holding the start button for 3 seconds to cancel and need to shut the door more than once to start it, which happens frequently. Sometimes, it doesn't latch securely, causing it not to start. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

I have a 20-year-old Thermador range/oven with intermittent range ignition issues. I replaced the simmer controller (SQ05) and the spark re-ignitor with a new part (Model RI306 made by DEFENDI) that required rewiring. However, the new re-ignitor only receives about 15V instead of the expected higher voltage needed to spark. How many volts are required to spark the ignitor, and why am I not getting a higher voltage through the re-ignitor?
