The control board of my appliance went blank and didn't reset after being unplugged for a minute. I have been dealing with this issue for almost 3-4 years. I am an electrical maintenance worker. What could be the problem and what steps should I take to fix it?

Replaced Heating Element, Thermistor, Thermostat, Fuse, everything, still getting HE error code on Samsung Dryer. Dryer is heating, just getting HE error code, one wire to the heating element did show signs of melting, replaced it, wonder if it messed up the element again. Any thoughts?
