The drum in my top-loading washer is shaking violently and rotating like an earthquake when it spins, even at low speed. The washer was moved recently, and it is about two weeks outside of its one-year warranty. What could be causing this, and what should I check or do?

My GE refrigerator (model number GSS25QSTA SS) is not cooling. The fan inside the refrigerator is running, but the fan in the back is not. I changed the compressor relay and capacitor, but that didn't work. What else could be the issue?

My Magic Chef fridge HDVR1040B has stopped cooling since yesterday. It's about 3-4 years old. I turned it off for an hour and turned it back on, but it still hasn't been cold. I also took off the water drain to clean. What else can I check or do to fix this issue?

How do I get a Hobart HBA2G out of kosher mode? The unit displays 'LOCOUT' and I believe it is in kosher mode. My bakery is losing money due to this issue.

My top-load washing machine stopped working in the middle of a cycle and is displaying error code '5d' or 'Sd'. It's a CABRIO model # WTW8900BC0. This is the second time it has happened. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My washer stopped working properly today, it is only 2 years old. It will stop at rinsing and not do anything else. I have tried restarting it, but it won't. The model number is WTW500DW1. Can you check my warranty information?
