The drum is not spinning on my Midea washer. It feels like something is stopping the drum from turning, and I can't turn the drum by hand. There are no error codes or messages, and the basket doesn't turn freely. What could be the issue, and what should I do?

I have a Kenmore Elite model 795-71053-014. Water is accumulating in the bottom of the freezer and leaking onto the floor. The issue has been occurring for a couple of months, and there are no other issues such as temperature fluctuations or unusual noises. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

My freezer door will not stay shut. I have checked all gaskets and the mechanism at the bottom of the door. The freezer is a GE Model GSS25GSHPCSS, 8 months old, and the issue just started after cleaning it out. It seems as if the locking mechanism isn't engaging properly. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
