I have a Whirlpool Duet Electronic Electric Dryer (Model No: GEW9250PWO, Serial No: MS154482). When I press 'Start' for 1+ seconds, I hear 3 quick beeps and the dryer does not start. The door is closed tightly, and in diagnostics mode, I get '6E' instead of '88'. I have checked the thermal fuse (continuity present) and replaced the thermistor. What could be the issue, and how can I diagnose and fix it?

I have a Maytag Bravos XL MCT (MVWB835DW0) with an F7E5 error code. The washer is from April 2015 and has been displaying issues for a couple of weeks. The lid locks during cycles, and the washer goes back and forth from sensing to wash without adding water, repeating this process several times before the lid lock light flashes and stays locked. I've tried power cycling the washer and tested the slider/clutch assembly, which moves freely. The rotor is broken, and I'm considering whether to invest more in repairs. What could be causing the F7E5 error, and should I continue troubleshooting or consider replacing the washer?
