The ice maker in our Samsung fridge has stopped working. The light is on but nothing comes out. Model #RF28K9070SR/AA. It's been going on for about a week. Tried turning the light on and off, and checked to see if the ice was blocked but it doesn’t seem to be. The water dispenser works, but there's no ice. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My KitchenAid KEMC307kss05 microwave's control panel is nonfunctional, even though the appliance has power and a lightbulb inside turns on. I have reset the breakers, but the control panel LEDs and buttons still don't work. What could be the issue and what steps should I take to resolve it?

My rinse aid will not fill up. I just noticed it, tried to put rinse aid liquid in last night when I ran the dishwasher but no liquid would go in. How old is your dishwasher? Have you replaced the inlet valve before, and if so, how long ago? I bought this house in Jan, came with the house. How long has this been going on with your dishwasher? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before I connect you?

My Frigidaire dehumidifier (model# FFAD5033R1, purchased on 07/23/2019) keeps showing an FO code and quitting. This has been happening for roughly 3 weeks. I have tried calling the 800 number multiple times but have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time. What should I do to resolve this issue?

We have a Pro-Style® 30" Dual-Fuel Downdraft Range, Pro Style Stainless. The error message says we need to replace the touchpad. How can we access the touchpad to clean it or replace it, and do you have specific instructions or diagrams for our model, which is a Jenn Aire ProStyle, slide-in, dual fuel, down draft range with the model number JDS1750F?
