The light on the panel of my oven where it tells you the temperature is not working. Everything else is working. I cannot see when the oven reaches the temperature I need. Is your oven gas or electric? How old is it? Gas and model 16-10-585. How long has this been going on with your oven? What have you tried so far? We just got it out of storage. Have not tried anything I don’t know what to try. Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you. No is there a charge for this?

We have an Electrolux dryer Model # EFMG42701WO, SN # 4D83807312. We have never used the steam option and forgot it had a water line. We had water coming in the back that did not stop until we unhooked the water line. Is it okay to use the dryer without the water line hooked up? Is this a common problem with this model? If it works without the water line hooked up, is it okay to leave it that way and use it?

My Maytag washer is making unwanted big shaking and noise during washing. It's been happening for several months, and the washer is level with the floor. The noise starts after the first 2 or 3 minutes of washing. What could be causing this and what should I check?
