I have a Eureka AS1104A vacuum. The main belt wheel broke in half. I ordered a new wheel and glued the old wheel so that I could vacuum until the new one came in. There is not enough space to get the wheel on. What should I do?

Good evening, we have a Samsung Dryer Model # ***** that is showing power with the light that comes on when the door is opened, but will not start. This happened a month ago and after being unplugged for about 30 minutes, it did start and run again. It has stopped again now and I wanted to see what could possibly be going on with it. The dryer is 1 year old and we have cleaned all lint and anything that we could think of. Thank you for any help that you can give us.
