The problem is more than just the door of the microwave. There is something getting power when the microwave is not even on - power, light, fan, and a buzzing sound occur whether the door is open or closed. What could be causing this and how can it be resolved?

I need to replace the heating element on a Frigidaire stackable washer dryer. The model number is XXXXX XXXXX. All the information I can find is for free-standing dryers. How do I remove the front of the dryer to access the drum on a stackable unit?

My oven door on my model# XXXXX hinge broke. I replaced both hinges and both receptacles, but the door does not close completely, to the point where the light will come on. I push it closed but when I let go it opens about an inch. I took it apart and put it together two times, still will not close tight. Replacement parts are new, and I know I reassembled it properly. Any suggestions?
