I just replaced the rollers and belt in my Kenmore HE2 dryer. The dryer turns on, the door switch is working, but when I press Start, nothing happens. The timer does count down though. What could be the issue and what should I check?

I have a GE side-by-side refrigerator that has begun to make a loud vibrating sound. It lasts for 2 or 3 seconds then stops. It also makes that sound when pressing down the lever for water dispensing. The fridge is about 4 years old and I haven't noticed a change with temperature change. What could be causing this noise and what should I do?
