The switch that starts my seven cycle extra large capacity GE clothes dryer turned and turned and then broke off. The start switch has acted like it wouldn't catch, but if you turned it around several times, it would start the dryer. All other switches seem to be working properly. I pulled off all the knobs, but I do not have the proper tool to fit the fasteners that attach the cover plate to the top of the control panel. Is there a special tool that fits the fasteners? Phillips screwdriver and allen wrenches do not fit.

My Bosch SHE4am16uo/01 dishwasher, which I've had for at least 8 years, has been running water for a couple of minutes then stopping, showing the Clean light. The soap dispenser also won't open. I've cleaned the filter and tried resetting it, but the issue persists. What should I do to fix this?

I have a FA^# error code on my PHS925ST2SS appliance, which is 3-5 years old. This issue has been ongoing for a month, and I have cleaned and checked the connections. The error code is FA63. What could be the problem and what should I do?

My washer (MOD MAVT236AWW) stopped and overflowed, and now it won't start again. I've tried power cycling it and using different settings, but it doesn't seem to be getting power. The circuit breaker works for everything else. What could be the issue, and what should I do?

I have a Kenmore (111.73042610) bottom freezer refrigerator that is not working. The freezer is functioning, but the refrigerator is not. I believe the defroster is on all the time, and I have tapped on the relays in the circuit board to try to free up a relay, but it didn't work. I'm unsure if the fan is working or not. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to diagnose and potentially fix the problem?

Hello! It's very cold in KC currently, and while we have running water, we aren't sure if something is frozen with our dishwasher. When trying to run it, it gives us beeps and a few blinking lights after running/starting for about 10-20 seconds. We assume something could be frozen in these negative temps, but after googling, I'm not entirely sure. Have you experienced this or could it be another issue? We haven't had any power outages either (as of yet). What happened just before the light on your dishwasher came on? I had just turned it on to start it and when it did, it seemed to be working. We also had our water shut off for about 5 minutes this morning to replace the filter in our home. I jumped the gun and started it while the water and heater man was here. He turned the water off right as the dishwasher was starting. What have you tried so far with your dishwasher? We have left it open for a few hours to try to get it to warm up. We took out some piece underneath the very bottom rack, but I don't think my husband nor the water or heater guy really did anything with it but remove it. Anything else we should know to help you best? Mmm, I think these are the most details I can give!
