The washer is empty, the lid is up, and the lid locked light still flashes. With the lid down, the light still flashes and the washer will not run. What is the issue and how can I fix it?

My Bosch dishwasher (model# XXXXX CO5UC/14) is not filling with water. I tried running the drain cycle and quick wash cycle, but it only makes noise and the timer light shows 104 without any water entering. I also noticed water leaking from the dishwasher door when the drain in the garbage disposal and double sink was clogged. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

I have a Whirlpool Gold dishwasher Model # WDF750SAYM3. It turns on and fills with water but does not spray the water onto the dishes. I hear clicking but no water action. The dishwasher is about 10 years old and has been experiencing this issue for about 2 weeks. I have tried resetting it, replacing the heater coil and fuse, cleaning all the filters, and replacing the diverter seal due to a leak. What could be the issue and what else can I check?
