The water/ice dispenser in my refrigerator is locked, and holding the sound&f/c button for 3 seconds is not working. The water filter was replaced 3 weeks ago, and the ice maker's age is unknown as it was already in the house when we bought it 2 years ago. This issue just started today, and I've tried putting the refrigerator in and out of sabbath mode several times, but we still get no water or ice. Model # KRFC704FPS00.

My Jenn-Air refrigerator (model # JBR2088HES, about 10 years old) is not cooling properly. I cleaned it thoroughly, including removing dust from the back plate, and initially it cooled to 37 and 0 degrees within 2 hours. However, after putting food back in, it went up to 65 and 48 degrees and never went back down. I emptied it and waited overnight with no improvement. What should I do?

Just changed the gaskets on the upper french door and freezer. The temperature is 47°F for the upper part. The freezer stays between 1-3°F. What could be causing the temperature not to stay at 38°F for the upper part and 0°F for the freezer?
