I purchased a side-by-side Frigidaire refrigerator along with other appliances on November 12, 2006 from a store in San Juan, PR called 'A LA ORDEN DISCOUNT'. I also purchased an extended service contract for 3 or 4 years on the same day. I have misplaced my copies of the purchase and the extended contract. Now I need to contact the store to see if they keep copies of such documents because I need some maintenance service. My neighbor, who purchased the same appliances the same day at the same store, was notified last year that Electrolux had taken over the service contracts. The store must have gone out of business because they are not listed in the phone directory. What can I do to request maintenance service if I can't find my purchase documents? I need to contact a technician because my refrigerator is not running properly. Please give me your recommendations.

My Hotpoint dishwasher does not leak when it fills and washes, but it leaks during the rinse/drain cycle on the left side. There is a black hose connected to the water inlet valve running up the left wall of the dishwasher, and during the rinse/drain cycle, water comes down like a waterfall. I cannot easily access the hose to check if it is cracked, but I assume it isn't because the dishwasher fills through the same hose without leaking. What could be causing this issue?
