The base of the tall filter has two tabs at the bottom. One of my tabs has broken away and one tab does not keep the filter piece in place. I need direction as to how to replace the broken base. The brand is Keurig, Hot Brewer Model K 2.0-200, and it is 3 years old. One of the plastic base/filter holder's tabs just broke three days ago. I have been to Bed Bath & Beyond, Walmart, and Target, but they had taller models' filters (too tall for my model's water canister) and shorter model's filter, but in neither case did the base I need to replace fit my model. If you still make this model, I presume you can provide a complete filter with the correct base.

I have a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator, model # WR S 3255DHZ01, that is only 8 months old. The thermometer inside the refrigerator is reading at the beginning of the 'danger zone'—about 42 degrees—even after I adjusted the temperature setting from 3 bars to 1 bar. I'm concerned about the safety of my food. What should I do?
