We are replacing the UI board on a GE GDF610PMJ5ES dishwasher, which is about 3 years old. The dishwasher was beeping three times and had no lights on the control board. We replaced the UI board, but still no lights. The bottom control board has a solid green light, and the new UI board has 4 personality plugs that the old one didn't have. We have set the plugs according to the paper (8,4,2,1). What could be the issue, and why doesn't the old board have these plugs?

I am trying to replace the main circuit control board on an LG washer model #WT7300CW and am having trouble removing the old one. Specifically, I can't release the snaps holding the bottom display panel in place.
