We cannot lift up the cooktop on a Whirlpool RF378PXG. The manual (p 37) says to just lift at both corners, but that has not been working. It may be gunked from months of spills and food getting in there, but I hesitate to use a pry bar or anything similar. Is your Whirlpool cooktop gas or electric? How long has this been going on with your Whirlpool cooktop? What have you tried so far? Anything else we should know to help you best?

I have a Maytag CCE3531B cooktop. The glass is broken and at least 1 burner is not working. Does Maytag still sell this model or is there another model available with the same dimensions? What is the height?

My Whirlpool WFC7500VW2 front-loading washer passed the diagnostic tests, has no error code, but when I turn the knob to the normal/quick/delicate cycle setting, the door lock flashes red and the green wash light flashes. When I press and hold the start button, the red light goes off, the green wash light goes solid, the machine makes a sound as if to start (but doesn't), and the red lock light goes solid red with the drain/unlocking light flashing red. After a minute, the door unlocks, and the cycle timer counts down 1 minute before the door unlocks. What could be the issue, and what should I do?

Our Jenn-Air JCB2059GES refrigerator is no longer cooling. The fridge was still running when we returned from a 12-day vacation, but it was not cold. We suspect a relay problem or a bad compressor. What should we check first to isolate the issue and decide whether to repair or replace the fridge?
