We don’t use our dishwasher, just hand wash. A year ago, we had an issue where the sink was draining into the dishwasher after the garbage disposal fell out of place, but we fixed it. Now, the sink won’t drain at all, besides slowly overnight, and is backing into the dishwasher again, but the disposal seems fine. Would running the dishwasher help or flood because the first time the sink still drained but this time it’s not draining at all. The garbage disposal doesn’t sound normal when we run it, but we can’t find anything in it to make it clogged. We used our hands to search for anything that would be blocking the flow of water and couldn’t find anything. It happened suddenly, worked fine the day before.

My KitchenAid dishwasher KUDE40fxpa4 starts but immediately switches to drain mode and then completes the drain cycle and shuts off. There are no error codes or blinking lights, and the dishwasher is about 5 years old. I have cleaned the drain hose, ensured it drains properly, and ran the service mode, but I can't clearly see the diagnostic code. What could be causing this issue and what should I do next?

The dryer is a GE Front Load Ventless Condenser Electric Dryer with Stainless Steel Basket Model Number GFT14ESSM1WW. The EMPTY TANK light keeps coming on and the dryer stops working. The tank is empty because the water from the condenser is set up to drain out of the machine into a drain pipe to the septic. I have cleaned the Condenser and surrounding area. The drain hose is not loose. What could be causing the EMPTY TANK light to come on and how can I troubleshoot and fix the issue?

Are there any over-the-stove microwaves in a slim version that have a 12” height? My cabinets have 12” of open space, and I see only 10-11 inches. My current GE space saver microwave works but hangs lower than the cabinets by about 4”. I would like a newer, shorter height microwave but need one that is 12”. Does anyone make a 12” microwave in black?
