We have a 2 year old GE Cafe oven that experienced a fire in the small upper oven, which was extinguished using a fire extinguisher. We are concerned about cleaning the residue and potential damage to the oven. Additionally, we have had issues with uneven cooking in both ovens, with food burning on the back side. What could be causing these issues and how can we address them?
