We have a Double oven, Model #KEBS277SBL04, with the lower heating element of the upper convection oven not working. We live near Lodi, CA. Could you provide us with a service tech who could replace this element for us? The oven is made by KitchenAid and is about 7 years old. The issue has been ongoing for about a month, and we have confirmed that the upper element works. Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before connecting us?
