We have a double oven purchased in March 2018. The knobs are bubbling and peeling, and the burner marking indicators are wearing off. We only use a sponge or dishrag to clean the top, and we've had to replace the grates because the originals didn't match up. What can be done about the cosmetic issues and worn markings?

My washer FL4.0 WM3470H*A, bought in 2013, suddenly stopped turning on tonight. It is plugged into the wall, and electricity is coming to the plug, but nothing lights up when I press the on button. I have unplugged and replugged the machine, and tested the outlet with a lamp, which worked fine. What could be the issue and what should I do?
