We have a dual fuel Wolf oven, 2011 model. The issue is that most times we cannot get the oven selector knob to raise in temperature; it will decrease however. This has been a problem for about 1 month. Usually, we just keep trying it and it would eventually work, but it will not go over 350 degrees most times we try to use it now. What could be the issue and what can be done to fix it?

My refrigerator is consistently at 47°F while the freezer is functioning normally. Does the electrical plan cover mundane stuff like changing the light bulb in an oven? I can’t get the cover off. My oven is an LG 303, about five years old, and the light has been failing in both the lower and upper ovens over the past year.
